Millsboro OKs $5,000 bonuses for police recruitment, retainment

In hopes of copping the attention of potential recruits for its shorthanded police department, the town will begin offering $5,000 incentives.
On Tuesday, the mayor and Town Council unanimously approved the bonuses, which will be distributed at incremental levels, not as sign-on benefits.
