Overcast skies and cool temperatures did not prevent families from descending on downtown Milford Saturday for the annual Bug & Bud Spring Festival. Among the offerings were a petting zoo, horse and pony rides, face painting, a costume contest, a wide assortment of vendors and music provided by a disk jockey.
