EASTON, Md. - Michele Williams Lopez departed this life on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at the Memorial Hospital in Easton at 1 p.m.

Born on Feb. 5, 1963, in Dorchester County, she was the daughter of John Thomas Williams and Iris Ellen Jolley Williams.

Michele was educated at Hurlock Elementary School and graduated from North Dorchester High School in the class of 1983.

She was joined in holy matrimony with Juan Ramirez Lopez in 1997.

Michele was the lovely mother of two children.

She was employed at Allen Food's in Cordova as a foreperson until her health failed.

Michele was a mother who had her children at heart. The grandchildren was the pick of her life.

Her life was full of sickness, by the light of her guiding angel her days was easy to bear.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her husband, Juan; one daughter, Tyesha Williams of Hurlock; one son, Lamarr Williams of Easton; mother, Iris Williams of Hurlock; father John T. Williams (Anna) of Easton; six grandchildren, Travon, Kiera, Keana, Ja'Veon and Jaden Williams of Hurlock, and Kayla Williams of Easton; one brother, Cornell Jolley of Harrington; two sisters, Jacqueline Williams of Brimingham, Ala., and Antinette Williams of Cambridge; one niece, Shatyra Williams of Cambridge; two nephews, Cornell Jolley Jr. and Lamont Jackson of Cambridge; five uncles, Melvin D. Williams (Barbara) of Sightville, Olden S. Williams of St. Louis, Mo., Donald E. Williams (Darlene) of Penicole, Charles R. Williams (Shirley) of Woodlawn, Larry Williams of Owens Mills; five special friends, Cheryl Downs of Baltimore, Vanessa Young of Cambridge, Derrick Sampson of Hurlock, Cheryl Conway of Hurlock, and Roger Pinder of Reids Grove; an aunt-in-law, Rosetta Jolley of Baltimore; four great-uncles, Richard Kemp of Hurlock, Robert Whye of Reistertown, Herman and Clarence Whye of Towson; two great-aunts, Enola Berry and Elizabeth Whye of Baltimore County; and a brother and sister-in-law, Herminio and Evyonme Green Ramirez.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Hurlock United Methodist Church, Hurlock, where friends may call one hour prior.

A viewing will also be held from 6-8 p.m. today in Bennie Smith Funeral Home in Hurlock

Burial will be in Petersburg Cemetery, Hurlock.
