GEORGETOWN - In loving memory of Michele Leigh Prettyman. On Aug. 3, 2010, she departed this life suddenly. Chele was born May 18, 1995, in Lewes, and raised in Harbeson/Georgetown. She leaves to cherish her loving memories to her father, John Wayne Prettyman; mother and step father, Wendy Prettyman and Ray Kissenger; her siblings, Lauren Miles and Chad Prettyman; step siblings, Danny, Josh, and Brittnay Kissenger; grandparents, John and Patricia Prettyman, Catherine and the late William Aspril; nieces and nephews, Caleb Miles, Brianna Dorey, and Ian Willoughby; cousins, Francis Prettyman Jr., Stacey Willoughby, and Nicole Prettyman; and her Aunt Joann Prettyman. Michele was a loving, energetic, passionate young lady whose world revolved around her family and friends. Shelly was actively involved in Sussex Central High School, choir and dance. A funeral service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market Street, Georgetown, with visitation after 10 a.m. Burial will be in Harbeson Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions or memorial donations may be made to AI duPont Children's Hospital, 1600 Rockland Road, Wilmington, DE 19803.
