Michael L. Hale, 59 FRANKFORD - Michael L. Hale, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009. He was 59. He was born in Roanoke, Va., the son of the late Ralph and Edith (Deacon) Hale. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Frances E. (News) Hale; daughter, Kimberly Burk and her husband, John of Christiana, Tenn.; his brother, William Hale and his wife, Pamela of Rocky Mount, Va.; three grandchildren, Thomas Keller, and Tyler and Taylor Burk; and a nephew, Brian Hale. Services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Michael's memory to Compassionate Care Hospice of Sussex, 31038 Country Gardens Blvd., Suite D2, Dagsboro, DE 19939; or Cape Henlopen Senior Center, 11 Christian St., Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
