DOVER - Mary T. Richards, of Dover, passed away Thursday, February 02, 2012, at Capital Nursing Center, Dover, after a long illness. She was born on November 30, 1922, in Federalsburg, Md. to the late Joseph E. Tinley Sr. and Mary Ann Marker Tinley. Mary attended Delmar High School graduating in 1939. Mary was preceded in death by her late husband, Peter E. Richards who died October 19, 1980; sister, Hazel Tinley Brumbly; and her brothers, Howard Tinley of Cambridge, Md, and Joseph Tinley Jr. of Dover. She is survived by her nieces, Mary Ann Tinley of Dover, and Ellen Noyes of McKinney, Texas; nephew, Charles Tinley of Cambridge, Md; and sister-in-law, Nellie C. Tinley of Dover. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, in Grace Lawn Memorial Park, Wilmington, Delaware.
