GREENSBORO, MD - Mary F. Raynor died Dec. 24, 2012 in Memorial Hospital, Easton, Md. Mary was born on May 4, 1924 in Blenheim, S.C., daughter of the late Joel and Martha Hudson Parker. In 1962 she and her family moved north and in 1985 moved to the eastern shore. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, George H. Raynor in 2000; a daughter, Georgia Cooksey in 2004; two brothers, James and Jack Parker; and three sisters, Julia Partin, Dianthia Studemyer and Marian Parker. Mrs. Raynor is survived by seven children, Martha Garner of St. Leonards, Ruth Wells of Greensboro, David Raynor of Warwick, Mitchell Raynor of Chesapeake Beach, Carol Vaughn of Greensboro, Cynthia Johnson of Lusby and Douglas Raynor of Longs, S.C.; two sisters, Edith Rose of Greensboro and Westelle Dahlgren of Roseville, Calif.; and 18 grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St. Galena, MD. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at 5 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 110 E.
