GREENWOOD - Mary E. (Pecorio) Ogden, age 55, of Greenwood, left us peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009. Mary was born in Philadelphia, on Oct. 1, 1953, daughter of the late Anthony Pecorio and Mary R. (Morelli) Pecorio of Harrington. Mrs. Ogden moved to Greenwood 20 years ago from New Jersey. She enjoyed shopping, going to lunch and to the movies. Most importantly, Mary enjoyed making her home a place for family and friends to gather. She will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved her. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Regan M. Ogden; a son, Regan M. Ogden and wife Laura of Greenwood; grandson, Regan M. Ogden; granddaughter, Ria Melanie Ogden; her sister, Clara Monaghan and husband Jimmy; two special and caring brothers-in-law, Robert Ogden and Derk Ogden; a niece, Gina Dorcick and husband John; and four nephews, James Monaghan, Joseph Monaghan and wife Charlene, Anthony Buck, and Thomas Quinn. A Memorial Service was held Friday, Aug. 7, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Dodd-Carey Chapel, 307 N. Bedford Street, Georgetown. Deacon Don Carroll officiated. Interment will be private.
