GREENWOOD - Martha Marie Kenton, of Greenwood, died peacefully on Monday, May 7, 2012, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Martha was born July 30, 1930, the daughter of the late Paul and Mildred Lare. She retired from New Process Fibre Company in Greenwood after 33 years of service. She attended Todd's Chapel in Greenwood. Martha enjoyed cooking and baking and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and Nana. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and Jimmy; and one sister Catherine. She is survived by two children, Faye Widgeon of Parsonsburg, Md., and Paul E. Kenton of Greenwood; one granddaughter, Angela 'Nicky' Keller; two great-grandsons, Chandler Pellegrin and Cameron Keller; sister, Margaret Warner of Greenwood; and one brother, Harry Lare of Bridgeville. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at the Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market St, Greenwood. Friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment will be held at Bloomery Cemetery in Federalsburg, MD. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Delaware Hospice Ctr., 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. DE-Martha-Kenton.JPG/
