Marshall Lee Morgan Sr.

HARRINGTON - Marshall Lee Morgan, Sr., of Harrington, went home to be with the Lord, on Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at Milford Memorial Hospital. He was 58. Marshall was born on Jan. 2, 1953, in Harrington, to Frank and Pauline Wilson Morgan. He enjoyed being outdoors especially doing gardening and going fishing. He also enjoyed going to the slots. He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Patsy Lankford, John Morgan, and Eunice Hughes. He is survived by his three children; Marsha Morgan McCormick and husband Jerry Jr., Helen Morgan, and Marshall L. Morgan Jr. all of Milford; a step-daughter, Karen Thompson of Harrington; 13 grandchildren; three siblings, Harry Morgan, Belvia Jean Walker, and Grace Harvey; and his significant other, Shirley Towers of Harrington; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Bonnie Sue. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 West Market St., Greenwood. Friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment will be held at Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to, Fleischauer Funeral Home, PO Box 502, Greenwood, DE 19950 to help defray funeral cost.
