MILFORD - Mark Edward Coverdale, of Milford, passed away on July 26, 2011, due to injuries sustained in an accident. He was 38. Mark was born in Milford, the son of the late George C., Sr. and Alice (Waterhouse) Coverdale. He worked at Steele's Gun Shop. He was a member of the Endeavor Lodge #17 in Milton. He loved hunting, fishing and target shooting. He is survived by his sisters, Cynthia Rust and her husband Stephen of Georgetown, Susan Porter of Salisbury, Md.; brothers, George Coverdale, Jr. and Miles Coverdale, both of Milford; his aunt, Lillian Pearson of Harrington; and Aunt and Uncle, Ruby and Marvin Carmine of Hertford, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton.
