ROCK HALL - Marica Cunningham, known to many as "Wook" or "Wookie", was born January 22, 1951 in Rock Hall, Md. to Myrtle Butler and Thomas Thomas, whom have preceded her in death. She was married to the late Alvin Cunningham, Sr. Marica departed this life on Saturday, October 4th in Salisbury, Md. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 18th at 12 p.m. at Holy Trinity AME Church, Edesville, Md. with viewing one hour prior to service. Also, viewing Friday night 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Aaron Chapel in Rock Hall, Md. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Chestertown.
