Marguerite Mae Kantner Gauker

KENTUCKY - Marguerite Mae Kantner Gauker passed away peacefully in her sleep Dec. 16, 2017 with family at her side. Known as "Toot" to her family and friends, she was born Dec. 13, 1922 to Nellie Mae and Floyd Kantner in Pottsville, Pa.
She was preceded in death by husband, Lester Roy Gauker; and daughter, June Marie.
She is survived by three children: daughter, Rose and husband Frank Ballek of Hartly; daughter, Leslie and Charles Blank of Florence, Ky.; a son, Edward and wife Carol Gauker of Milford, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 22, 2017 at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, 2928 Sharon Hills Road, Dover.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Cold Spring Transitional Care, 300 Plaza Blvd., Cold Spring, KY 41076.
