Margaret Ruth Conn

LEWES - Margaret Ruth Conn, 90, of Lewes, died Jan. 4, 2011, in Harbor Health Care, Lewes. She was born Sept. 8, 1920 in Somerset, Pa., to the late Caroline (Shaulis) and Clyde Allen Baer. Margaret is at 1938 graduate of Somerset High School, she co/owned and operated Todd's TV and Appliance in Somerset, Pa., for many years. She was also a member of First Christian Church and OES Trinity Chapter 138. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Todd Robert Conn Sr., who died Aug. 16, 1992; sister, Betty Lou Miller; and brother, Richard Baer. Margaret is survived by her children, Carol Loricco and husband Carlos of Sarasota, Fla., Linda Williams of Slanesville, W.Va., Patricia Mostoller of Lewes, Susan Ross and husband Lawrence of Ocala, Fla., and Todd R. Conn Jr. of Newark; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her sister, Ruth Whipkey of Somerset, Pa. Friends will be received from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, Pa., where a service will immediately follow with the Reverend John J. Barchey officiating. Interment will be in Somerset County Memorial Park, Somerset, Pa. www.haugerzeigler.com.
