LEWES - Margaret L. "Tina" Costello, 63, of Lewes, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at Beebe Medical Center. She was born in Lewes on July 17, 1947, daughter of the late Raymond Lee Medd and Ross Houston Morris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Francis Costello and brother Robert Gerald Medd. Mrs. Costello had worked for many years as a cashier at the Mr. Donut on Route 1 and at Bakers Exxon, Lewes. She enjoyed bowling, ceramics and volunteering at the Lewes Senior Center. She was a member of Groome United Methodist Church in Lewes. She is survived by two daughters, Marlo Joynes of Millsboro, and Cindy Hammond of Lewes; sister, Sherry Mitchell and husband Jeff of Lewes; grandchildren, Hunter Rice, Marissa Joynes and Diangelo Joynes; sister-in-law, Carole Ann Medd of Lewes; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Groome United Methodist Church, Savannah Road & Dewey Avenue, Lewes. Burial will be private.
