Margaret E. Walls, 86 GEORGETOWN - Margaret E. Walls, 86, of Georgetown, passed away on Jan. 23, 2010, at the Methodist Manor House in Seaford. Mrs. Walls was born on March 15, 1923, in Millsboro, to the late Silas and Lena Wilson Downs. She is survived by two brothers, Charles P. Downs Sr., and Harold C. Downs; two sisters, Edith Browning, and Shirley Hennessy; and 16 nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S Washington Street, Millsboro, where friends may call one hour prior the service. Rev. Donna Hinkle will officiate.
