MILFORD - Major Stephen Foster, 45, son of Bishop Major Foster and Betty E. Foster, departed this life on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, as a result of an automobile accident. Mr. Foster is the husband of Angeleen Foster. Services will be 12:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 8, at Philadelphia Pentecostal Holiness Church, S. Old State Road, Ellendale, where friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment will be in Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church Cemetery. Ministry of Comfort by Young and McPherson Funeral Home, Milford.
