MILLSBORO - Mae H. Camper Grant, of Millsboro, formerly of Pennsauken, N.J., died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, in Harbor Healthcare, Lewes, after a long illness. She was 93. Mae worked many years at Kings County Hospital in New York. She and her husband Robert moved to Pennsauken, N.J., where they spent many years as foster parents, rearing with love and guidance more than 75 children. Mae and Robert decided to move to Delaware in 1991, making it their dream home in the country. She was a member of the Church of God Seventh Day Pentecostal. Mae is survived by her husband of 44 years, Robert Henry Grant; son, Winston L. and Amelia Grant of Pennsauken, N.J.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Joyce Grant of Pennsauken, N.J. Services will be 11 a.m. Sunday at Millsboro Seventh Day Adventist Church, Cordrey Road. Friends may call at the church one hour prior. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Services.
