Madeline M. Stefero, 90

DOVER - Madeline M. Stefero, age 90, of Dover, died Sept. 5, 2009, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Born in Newark, N.J., she was the daughter of the late John and Madeline Foris Seiler. For the greater part of her life she had worked as a waitress. She was a member of Holy Cross Church, The BPO Elks of Dover, Camden-Wyoming Moose Lodge and a volunteer at the Dover Modern Maturity Center. Madeline loved animals and had at several cats and one dog of her own and often took on the responsibility of feeding the cats throughout her neighborhood. She often watched Court TV and was especially fond of Country Music. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Steve Stefero; and a son, Victor La Falce. She is survived by her brother, Ernest Seiler of Houston, Texas; sister, Theresa Dunkirk of Chicago, Ill.; niece, Tami Campbell of Houston, Texas; along with several other nieces and nephews. A Graveside Committal Service and Burial will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 15, in Greensboro Cemetery in Greensboro, Md. Arrangements are by Michael J. Ambruso Funeral Director, Inc., Dover.
