FELTON - M. Janette Reynolds died on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at the Silver Lake Center, Dover. Daughter of the late Claude and Helen Morris. Mrs. Reynolds operated a day care center for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed to crotchet. In her younger days, she loved to help with the dinners at the Felton Fire Company. Mrs. Reynolds was known for her feisty and stubborn personality. She always told you like it was, but she had a heart of gold. She loved to flirt with the guys. She will be greatly missed by her family and close friends. She was a member of the Felton United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of the Felton Fire Company Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by a son, Bill Conklin; and a brother, Earl Morris. She is survived by a son, Dennis Conklin of Bellingham, Wash.; daughter, Sylvia Kemp of Felton; sister, Hazel Harris of Canterbury; four grandchildren, Erica, Tanya, Cindy, Stacy; and four great grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington.
