Lucia Carnell, 60
Lucia Carnell passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Lucia was born on November 10, 1960 to the late Helen and David Carnell.
Lucia grew up in the Dover area. She had a love for arts and crafts and a talent for woodworking. Lucia also loved animals, especially dogs. Lucia had a cheerful personality and beautiful smile that lit up the room. She will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents; Lucia was preceded in death by her sister, Marcia Dillon; and brother-in-law, George H. Pinder, Jr.
Lucia is survived by her sister, Carol Pinder.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Smyrna.
