MILFORD - Louise May Baxter of Myrtle Beach, S.C. passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Agape Senior of Conway in Conway, SC. Louise was born in Milford, Del., the daughter of the late James and Alice (Coverdale) Holleger. She was a clerk for Leggett's in Milford for 20 years retiring in 1970. She loved nature and being outdoors, especially bird watching. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Shockley in 1969. She is survived by her three children, Norma Lee Messick of Milford, Howard Shockley and wife Penny of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and James Shockley and wife Natalie of Milford; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 29, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call after 12 p.m.. Interment will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford, DE.
