DOVER - Louise Brinkley, of Dover, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at Christiana Hospital, Wilmington. She was 61. She was born, July 19, 1950, in New Bern, N.C. to the late Clyde Guoin and Margaret Wright. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Tyrone Brinkley; two brothers, Lester and Lee Wright; and a sister, Frances Guoin. She is survived by her daughter, Tina Potts of Dover; a son, Anthony Brinkley of Long Beach, Calif.; six sisters, Mary Jones, Viola Fisher, and Willie Ann Scott and her husband Curtis, all of Dover, Julianne Wright McQueen of New York, Raychel Windley and Stephanie Guoin, both of New Bern, N.C.; five brothers, Norman, Roy, and Clayton Wright, all of Dover, and Clyde and Rudolph Guoin, both of New Bern, N.C.; four grandchildren, Zsakesse "Muffin" Cooper and her husband Michael, Tyauna Potts and Anthony Potts Jr., all of Dover, and Bionca Brinkley of Long Beach, Calif.; and two great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Davis and Mackenzie Cooper. Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, in the Calvary Baptist Church, Queen St., Dover, where family and friends may view from 9 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
