WYOMING - Lola M. Sapp passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013 in her daughters home surrounded by her loving family. Lola was born on June 18, 1924 in Hazlettville, Delaware, daughter of the late Felix and May (McClements) Rigby. She had worked for Underwood of Dover for 25+ years and later enjoyed her life as a homemaker. Lola was an avid reader, loved shopping, country music and spending time with her family especially her great granddaughter Brittany Lynn whom she idolized. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years Raymond Sapp; her granddaughter Terri Lynn Tieman; her siblings Daisy Sweetie Glanden, Beatrice Kemp, Roland Rigby, Reese Rigby and Thomas Rigby and Reds Rigby. She is survived by her daughter Doris Ann Whealton of Dover; her beloved great-granddaughter Brittany Lynn Tieman; a brother Grover "Ducky" Rigby and his wife Chrystyna of Marydel; a sister Lillian "Turk" Johnson of Dover and Elizabeth "Libby" Rigby Hebert and her husband Paul of Dover. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, June 30, 2013 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, Del. A Service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2013 at the funeral home where friends may also gather one hour earlier. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden.
