MAGNOLIA - Lois Ann Price of Magnolia passed away peacefully Fri., July 3, 2015 at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. Lois was born May 1, 1946 in Dover to the late Joseph Nuss and Gladys Willey Nuss. Lois enjoyed working with the State of Delaware at Justice of the Peace Court #7, until her retirement in 2009. She loved spending quality time with family and friends and spoiling her granddaughters to pieces. Lois thoroughly enjoyed reading, collecting Avon, attending church services at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Camden, and traveling to Florida to spend time with her best friend, Carol Hughes. She also loved watching the sun come out after a rain storm to see the incredible shine on everything, going to the casino now and then, and most importantly helping friends and family without hesitation, at any given time. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her brothers, James "Jim" Nuss and Leonard Nuss. She is survived by her son Kevin Price and husband Ricky of Magnolia; daughter Jennifer Ulrich and husband Eric of Gillet, PA; brother John Nuss and wife Debbie of Newark, DE; sister-in-law, Sandra Nuss of Camden; granddaughters Quinn Price of Magnolia, and Ember Ulrich of Gillet, PA; also many cousins, nieces and nephews. Lois will be missed tremendously by all. Memorial services will be held Sat., July 11, 2015 at 11am at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 East Lebanon Rd., Dover. Friends may arrive one hour prior for visitation. In lieu of flowers, Lois's wishes were that memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, #205, New Castle, DE 19720 or St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 210 Old North Rd., Camden, DE 19934. Letters of condolence may be sent and the guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
