GOSHEN, Ind. - Lisa H.C. Steffens, 100, died Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at her home. She was born to Johann Jakob and Johanne (Norden) Feindt on Nov. 14, 1911, in Basbeck, Germany. She married Hans Steffens in Basbeck, Germany, in April 1937. He died on Feb. 7, 1990. She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Clyde) Jensen of Goshen, Ind., and Ruth (Marvin) Cosden of Dover, Del.; one son, Robert (Michele) Steffens, Ocean View, Del.; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Fritz and Walter Feindt. Lisa was a farmer's wife and a Goshen resident since 2004. Her body was cremated at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
