FELTON - Lindsey Renee Rothermel, of Felton, died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2010, at Christiana Hospital. She was 22. Lindsey worked as a beautician, and loved spending time with her family, her fiance, and especially her daughter Briannah. She loved family celebrations and dinners. She also loved going to the mall and shopping and spending time on her computer and phone. She waited anxiously every year for her birthday vacation at the beach with mom and dad and her daughter. She was greatly loved and will be missed forever. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Evelyn Curry; and great-maternal grandmother, Bessie Burdziak. In addition her to parents, Debra and Robert Rothermel of Felton, she is survived by a daughter, Briannah Rothermel; sister, Tara Turcotte Leyanna and her husband Timothy; niece and nephew, Katelynn and Connor Brown; grandparents, Harold and Shirley Rothermel, and Henry Nutter; aunts, Sandra Rothermel, and Lisa Rains; fiance, John Warrington; and lifelong friend, Nicole Porter. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Donations can be made to the Felton Bank, P.O. Box 266, Felton, DE 19943, for the Lindsey Rothermel Memorial Fund to make provisions for her daughter Briannah. Arrangements are by the Melvin Funeral Home, Harrington.
