Lillie 'Tuggie' E. Passwaters HARRINGTON - Lillie "Tuggie" E. Passwaters, 103, of Harrington, formerly of Greensboro, Md., died Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, at her home. She was born Dec. 10, 1906, in Greensboro, to the late William and Anna Baynard Edwards. Mrs. Passwaters was a lifetime resident of Greensboro where she was a seamstress for the Reach Glove Factory formerly in Greensboro. She retired in 1964 after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Greensboro Baptist Church. She taught Sunday school there for many years, was a member of the church choir and also helped in the church kitchen. She is survived by her daughter, Lois Hopper Harrington; and two grandchildren, Nickles Stella, and Lana Stella. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman B. Passwaters; and son, William M. Passwaters. Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 20, at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro, where a visitation will be held one hour prior. Interment will be in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro. Memorial contributions may be made to Greensboro Baptist Church, P.O.
