Lillian "Lilly Bird" Shepard passed away on Feb. 7, 2017, surrounded by her family at Milford Memorial Hospital. Lil was born on Jan. 28, 1943. She was survived by her youngest brother, Frank Myer; and four children, Randy Shepard, Mike Shepard, Joy Teague, and Johnny Shepard. She also had eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
