Letter to the Editor: Biden policies will bankrupt America
President Joe Biden and his Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate spend our money like it grows on trees! The learned bureaucrats state that it is necessary to establish the Build Back Better plan. In truth, we will be suffering the American Build Backward catastrophe.
Congressional infighting began with the far-leftists, led by, for example, Sen. Bernie Sanders, D-Vt.; Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.; Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y.; and her comrades known as “the squad.” An example of the destructive commentary expressed by these individuals is a statement by Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., who said, “some people did something,” when referring to the 9/11 attacks. Should that individual remain a congressional representative? No! However, she is still in place and serves on the Foreign Affairs Committee, with access to classified information. The restrictive Democratic pie-in-the sky existence we now endure will not benefit or succeed in America. How much pain must Americans suffer before our way of life has been eradicated?
“Bidenomics” do not solve our problems, but instead increase our burdens. Election changes must be made in 2022 throughout the membership of the House and Senate, with those who have endorsed questionable ideas and replaced regulations benefiting America. President Biden is not a strong leader of the free world and incapable of leading America in the positive position we held prior to the 2020 election. Biden’s news conferences do not signify strength, with his reliance on the teleprompter and/or mysterious notes in his pockets. Who has written them? Who is running the country? Some in the media question why, but the inquiries remain unanswered, hence, no explanations for America.
The 2022 and 2024 elections will be the beginning of the end to the sacrifices Americans make by paying more at the gas pump and the grocery and retail stores, as well as by enduring supply shortages of most-needed products and the backup of cargo containers waiting to enter America.
At this point, it appears that a change in both congressional leaderships will be feasible. We will be able to replace the incapables with representatives who will be able to work together, bringing stability and growth. The 2024 election will determine if America reestablishes our greatness in the world. Adversarial countries will be made aware that we are not the weak partner they enjoy now. A new beginning will turn the page on America’s second-place position in the world.
The great NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Sr. said, “Second place is just the first loser.” No more second-place loser positions will be tolerated!
