HARTLY - Lena "Lee" Rebbecca (Prine) Pennypacker passed away on July 21, 2023 at Delaware Hospice in Milford, DE. Lee was born in Valdosta, GA, the daughter of the late Cecil and Arccieleen Prine.
Lee was a sergeant in the United States Air Force. Most of her life she was a stay at home mother but worked for Delaware Fish and Wildlife. She enjoyed crocheting afghans, crafts, and cooking. She loved her four grandchildren, enjoyed people, and was always quick to tell people exactly what she was thinking.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen R. Pennypacker of Hartly, and their children, Jason B. Pennypacker of Magnolia and Corey L. Pennypacker of Camden; one sister, Ida Mae Barber of Dover; two brothers, C. W. Prine of Lakeland, FL and Steve Prine of Jennings, FL; four grandchildren, Reagan Faye, Natalie Jane, Bella Grace, and Emma Ruth Pennypacker.
At Lee's request no special services will be held.
If you would like to make a donation, the family requests that it be made to Delaware Hospice at Delawarehospice.org/donate/.
