Dover - Laura Marybell Waters passed away peacefully on June 13, 2016 at Silver Lake Nursing Home in Dover. She was born November 1, 1919 to the late James and Emma Christian. Celebration of Life will be 11 a.m. Saturday June 25, 2016 at Bibleway Temple Church of God In Christ, 56 South Kirkwood St., Dover. There will be a viewing two hours before the service. The interment will be at Sharon Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover, DE 19904.
