In response to Bruce Dalleo’s Opinion regarding Avelo Airlines contracting with the federal government to transport illegal immigrants, he would have the governor stop all support of Avelo in protest of the company trying to make a profit and continue to do business as Delaware’s only airline (“Avelo Airlines’ role in immigration questioned”).
How many times have airlines tried to survive at the Wilmington Airport, only to leave because they couldn’t make a profit from Delaware’s limited air traffic? Avelo seeks new business to remain competitive, and our liberal citizens want to punish it because it doesn’t support the liberal agenda that is ruining Delaware.
What will the result be? Probably the loss of another airline in Delaware. How much more is Delaware going to lose for the promotion of the liberal agenda? Maybe we will hear from Gov. Matt “Gavin” Meyer, our great benefactor!
