FELTON - Kenneth Steen passed away at home, on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. Steen was born to the late, Alfred and Voila Steen.
Kenneth served his country proudly, for four years, in the United States Air Force.
Kenneth worked as a desk clerk for Best Western Motel. He liked to tinker with things especially small engine repair; he was a jack of all trades and master of none. Ken was a very strong willed and knew what he wanted and when he wanted it. He liked to eat at Stargate Restaurant once a week and he loved to watch the A-Team on television. He will be remembered as a loving father, who especially loved being around his grandchildren.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Rose Steen in September of this year.
He is survived by his son, Edward (Crystal) Steen; daughters, Nadine (Ron) Pierpont, Mary Helen Steen, and Maxine (Jaime) Foy; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home Inc., Harrington. Visit us at www.melvinfuneralhome.com to sign condolence book.
