MILFORD - Kenneth J. Hughes passed away Oct. 10, 2010. Kenneth was born May 15, 1963, in Milford, Del., to Mary Eliza Hughes and Carlton Hughes. He worked at the Stockely Center for 22 years, he was a Rehabilitation Facilitator. He survived by, Courtney Piper, Kennethia Hughes, Kendric Hughes, Cedric Hughes. Service will be held Monday, Oct. 18, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. at Mount Calvary church in Concord Seaford, Delaware Memorial services By McPherson Funeral Services, Milford, Delaware
