Kay Patterson
Emma Catherine "Kay" Patterson was born February 20, 1930, in Wilmington, DE. On July 31, 2022, she passed away in San Jose, CA.
She married Richard Andrew Patterson on October 24, 1948. He preceded her in death in 2007. She lived a great deal of her life in Delaware, 18 years in Georgia and the last 16 years in San Jose.
She was known for her dependability at work and her loyalty to her family and friends. She loved road trips, camping and eating out. She could never get enough sweets, especially ice cream. Once Richard "Pat" passed away she spent most of her time as a volunteer at church.
Kay is survived by her daughter, Becky Kompelien (Kevin); four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
