Kathryn D. Webb

Kathryn "Kay" D. Webb peacefully went home to be with the Lord on October 23, 2024.
Kathryn was born on May 24, 1928, in Harbeson, DE to Lloyd and Edna Betts Davidson.
As a teenager she enjoyed being a cheerleader for the Golden Knights as a member of the Georgetown High School Class of 1946.
Kathryn's greatest joy was raising her four children and being a wife to "Bob" L. Robbins Webb. She was known for fabulous, well-loved macaroni and cheese and home cooked meals fresh from her garden.
Many a fun time were had square dancing and camping with her husband as member of the Whirl-A-Ways and Holiday Rambler Camping Club. She always looked forward to playing shuffleboard, cards and bingo at her Winter home in Ft. Myers.
She was an active member of Avenue United Methodist Church for over 70 years as a member of the Women of Faith Circle and Sisters Bible Study.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother, Robert Davidson, her sisters, Mildred Albert, Helen Flood, Nancy Joseph, and her granddaughter, Sarah Kathleen Webb.
Her children cherish her memory, Howard A. Webb (Kay), Connie Bushey (Jack) Lucius R. Webb, Jr., and Lloyd R. Webb (Nancy) as well as her grandchildren; Kristin Patey, Andrea Wall, Andy Webb, John Bushey, Josh Bushey, Jonathan Webb, Scott Webb, and James Webb, and twelve great grandchildren. She adored her many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, from 6PM to 8PM on Sunday, October 27.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Avenue United Methodist Church, 20 N. Church St., Milford at 11AM on Monday 10/28.
Interment is Private.
In lieu of flowers donation in her name may be made to United Women of Faith, 20 N. Church St., Milford, DE 19963 or Delaware Hospice.
