GREENWOOD - Kathleen Louise Willey Joseph passed peacefully on Nov. 3, 2017 and is now dancing with her daddy in heaven. Kathy was born on Nov. 6, 1969. She was a much-loved mother, sister and daughter and thought the world of her children. Kathy loved having books read to her, enjoyed her furry cat friends, and loved talking on the phone to family and friends. She was preceded in death by her Dad, Roland Willey Sr. of Greenwood. She is survived by her partner, George Best of Ellendale; her daughter, Jennifer Joseph of Wilmington; her son, Marcus Joseph of Ellendale; her mother, Sandra Willey of Greenwood; her siblings and their spouses, Roland and Susan Willey of Greenwood, Kim and Steve McCreary of Elkton, Md., David and Debbie Willey of Magnolia, and Barbie and Kevin Whaley of Greenwood; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market St., Greenwood, DE 19950. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Interment will follow at St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fleischauer Funeral Home, PO Box 502, Greenwood, DE 19950 to help with her final expenses.
