MILFORD - Katherine M. Welfley, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016 after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wade Welfley in 1995. She is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Croft of Milton; three grandchildren, Michael and William Welfley both of Milton, and Devina Croft of Seaford; and a brother Kenneth Sells of Dover. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016, 3 pm at the Greenwood Mennonite Church, 12525 Shawnee Road, Greenwood, DE 19950. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 pm.
