DOVER - Karen (Ellison) Ginn, age 55, of Dover, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011. She was the wife of Marty Ginn, with whom she shared 27 years of marriage. Born in Wilmington, she was the daughter of James and Margaret Ellison. Karen was a creative person who loved making arts & crafts. She loved all animals, especially her dogs. She had many friends and loved to keep in touch with them through Face Book. In addition to her husband, Karen is survived by her mother, Margaret Wheatley Ellison; brother, Robert Ellison and his wife Carla; seven nieces; three nephews; special friends, Keith Carmean and Michael Dorn; and many other loving family members and friends. You are invited to attend Karen's service on Friday, March 11, 2011, at the Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel, 2220 N DuPont Hwy, New Castle, at 2 p.m. Family will begin to receive guests beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at the adjoining cemetery.
