DOVER - Justin Samuel Blair Sr., of Dover, died Saturday, March 24, 2012. He was 28. Justin was born Nov. 28, 1983, in Rockville, Md., to Samuel Blair, Jr. and Cindy Manley Blair. He was a self employed roofer. Justin is survived by his parents, Samuel and Cindy Blair of Camden; wife, Carrie Blair of Dover; sons, Justin Blair Jr., Brayden and Christian Blair; stepsons, Geoffrey and Caleb Sanborn; brothers, Michael and Jeremy Blair; grandparents, Betty Lou Blair and Helen Fletcher. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Friday March 30, 2012, at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, 2928 Sharon Hill Road, Dover, DE 19904.
