DOVER - Julian Andrew Courtney, of Dover, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012, at the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill, Smyrna. He was 64. Julian was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Virginia Courtney; a brother, David Courtney; a daughter, Cynthia Courtney; and his wife, Linda Courtney. Surviving are three children, Dwayne Courtney of Dover, Andrew Courtney of Felton, and Christina Mosley of Frederica; three brothers, Carlton Courtney of Dover, George and Jack Courtney, of Camden; and eight grandchildren.
