MAGNOLIA - Judy Rita Kibler of Magnolia, passed away Tuesday, Mar. 19, 2013. Judy was born Nov. 4, 1964 in Dover, Delaware to Hannelore Scheidel Brisson and the late Robert R. Brisson. She was a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. Judy was in the Air Force Reserves until 1990 and worked civil service for 21 years at Dover Air Force Base, working on jet engines. She loved animals, her dogs, Meme, Harley, Trinity and Missy, her pond fish, chickens, her cats, Lorraine, and Allison, flowers and riding motorcycles. Judy is survived by her childhood sweetheart and husband of 6 years, Larry A. Kibler, Jr. of Magnolia; her mother, Hannelore Brisson of Magnolia; sister, Donna Brisson of Felton; uncles, Robert, Adam and Earl Lawson; cousins, Manuele, Oliver, David, Henry and Denise; her mother in law, Betty Bennett; brother and sister in law, Danny and Lori Kibler; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles on her husband's side who loved her dearly and her many friends and extended family. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Kent County SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle Road, Camden, DE 19934.
