Joyce E. Roe, 61 GREENSBORO, Md. - Joyce E. Roe, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010, in her home. She was 61. She is survived by her sons, Steven Edward French of Laurel and James Richard Roe of Greensboro; daughter, Amy Lynn Dixon of Greensboro; brothers, Medford "Skip" Carpenter Jr. of Cambridge, Md. and David Carpenter of Seaford; sister, Nancy Boyles of Delaware; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
