Josephine De Luca

DOVER - Josephine De Luca died Oct. 31, 2015 at the Milford Genesis Center. Born in Havana, Cuba, she was the daughter of the late Fernando and Maria Brea. Mrs. De Luca had worked as a Seamstress for over 26 years and had moved from the Merrick, New York area to Dover in 1992. She had been a dedicated wife and a true friend to those who knew and loved her. Mrs. De Luca is survived by her husband, James J. De Luca; along with her sister, Isabel; and her two brothers, Felix and Lazaro. Services will take place on Thurs., Nov. 5, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. at the N. F. Walker Funeral Home, 2039 Merrick Ave., Merrick, L.I., NY, where friends may call starting at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in the Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, LI, NY. Local arrangements are by Michael J. Ambruso, Funeral Director, Inc., Dover.
