Joseph Valentine Binkowski, 56 SALISBURY, Md. - Joseph Valentine Binkowski, 56, of Salisbury, died Saturday, May 1, 2010, as the result of a motorcycle accident, at St. Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa. Born in Tampa, Fla., he was the son of John William Binkowski of Milford and the late Evelyn Katherine Savage Binkowski. He received his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and was a school administrator and teacher for over 30 years in Wicomico County. His passion was being a dad and loving his children, teaching, and helping others. He loved art, wood working, bargain hunting, and being outdoors, especially at the beach. He was also a motorcyle and music enthusiast. He is survived by five sons and a daughter, Matthew Valentine Binkowski of Cocoa Beach, Fla., Peter Anthony Binkowski of Salisbury, Thomas Andrew Binkowski and his wife, Franny, Louisville, Ky., Joseph David Binkowski, Owings Mills, Md., David Samuel Binkowski of Fruitland, Md., and Amara Joy Binkowski of Salisbury; two grandchildren, Ryver Andrew and Hudson Spear Binkowski; two brothers, John Binkowski and his wife, Janice of Inwood, W.Va., and Paul Binkowski and his wife Margaret of Ewing, N.J.; a sister, Linda McCannaney and her husband, Abbott of Willingboro, N.J.; and the mother of his children, Judith Lynn Brinkley of Cocoa Beach, Fla. A Celebration of His Life was held Friday, May 7, 2010, at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. Rev. Dr. William L. Warren Jr. officiated. Memorial contributions can be made to Alzheimers Association of the Eastern Shore, 209C Milford St., Salisbury, MD 21804. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home PA, 501 Snow Hill Rd.
