NEWARK - John H. McKee, age 72, of Newark, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Sandra Groy McKee, with whom he shared 51 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late William D. and Dorothy Fletcher McKee. Survivors include in addition to his wife, two sons, William D. and Renee of Hartly, and John H. and Martine of Clayton; two daughters, Debra McKee Baffone and her husband Fran of Middletown, and Rena Norem and her husband Dean of Yukon, Okla.; four grandchildren, Brian, Billy, Stephanie, and Alyssa; and six great-grandchildren, Madison, Lucas, Gavon, Gage, Destiny, and Makayla. Services and interment will be held privately by the family. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Delaware SPCA, 455 Stanton Christiana Road, Newark, DE 19713. Arrangements are being handled by the Beeson Funeral Home Of Newark "A Grieco Family Funeral Home" 302-453-1900.
