DOVER - Joan M. Rock, of Dover, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2008, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 65.
She was born Nov. 13, 1942, in Camden, to the late Carl and Jeanette (LeCates) Morris.
Mrs. Rock worked with her husband in the family business, Rock Body Shop, Dover.
She enjoyed many outdoor activities, hunting, fishing and gardening.
Mrs. Rock was preceded in death by her brother, Sidney Morris.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Charles R. Rock of Dover; daughter and her husband, Deborah and George Craig of Dover; brother, Russell Morris of North Carolina; grandson, Robert Protack of Dover; and granddaughter, Valerie Protack of Dover.
Memorial services will be 7:30 p.m. Monday in Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call beginning at 6 p.m.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, Suite 205, New Castle, DE 19720.
