Jesse Marie Donovan, 71

GEORGETOWN - Jessie Marie Donovan, age 71, of Georgetown, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, John A. Donovan; daughters, Norma L. Hall, Eleanor A. Ireland and her husband Bill, and Teresa J. Shockley and her husband Eddie; sons, David L. Hall and his wife Diane, and Everett A. Hall and his wife Kathy; her grandchildren, David, Allen, John, Tabitha, Wayne, Kim, Nikki, Billy and Frank; four great-grandchildren; her brother, Walter Prettyman and wife Brenda; and sister-in-law, Lois Parsons. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher Street, Frankford, where friends may call after 9 a.m. Burial will be in the Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury.
