DOVER - Jean Kathleen Bagner passed away, Saturday March 6, 2021 at Kent General Hospital.
Mrs. Bagner was born July 23, 1948 in Lynbrook, New York to the late Edward Buckley and Joan Overs Buckley.
She had worked for HSBC, Walmart and was a teacher's aide in Wading River, N.Y. Mrs. Bagner had also worked in medical billing at Rocky Point Medical Care, located in Rocky Point, N.Y. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, crafts, cooking, watching QVC, camping and spending time with her dog Gertie.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her sister, Colleen Mondello.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Arthur Bagner of Dover; son, Andrew Bagner and his wife Kaitlin of North Tonawanda, N.Y.; daughter, Jennifer DeCarlo and her husband Steven of Bridport, Vt.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 12, 2021 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
